Candidate Profile

We are looking for candidates who bring:

  • Experience: 3-6 years of patent litigation experience, with a proven track record of managing complex cases.
  • Educational Background: A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and active bar membership in good standing. A degree in electrical engineering, computer science, or a related technical field is preferred.
  • Skills: Exceptional analytical, research, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Technical Expertise: Familiarity with patent law, USPTO procedures, and technical subject matter related to the field.
