Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced professional with 2+ years of experience as a Legal Administrative Assistant in a law firm environment to support our team.

Responsibilities
  • Format and proofread complex legal documents with precision and attention to detail.
  • Familiarize yourself with filing procedures, including electronic filing, and ensure accurate documentation for various courts and entities.
  • Contribute to the client intake process by gathering essential information.
  • Effectively manage calendars, schedules meetings and appointments, and arrange travel arrangements as needed.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned, maintaining a high level of teamwork to provide exceptional assistance to assignments and clients.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience supporting attorneys with litigation matters.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with a focus on Excel and Word.
  • Prior experience with e-filing systems and processes.
  • Demonstrated expertise in trial preparation and organization.
  • Excellent multitasking, attention to detail, and organizational skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
About the Opportunity

This role offers a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for growth and development within the company.
