Required Qualifications

- Experience in a call center, accounts receivable, collections, or customer service roles
- Familiarity with software and database management is preferred
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and communicate efficiently across various platforms
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Results-driven with a positive mindset and self-motivation
- Capable of building professional relationships and thriving in diverse settings
- Proficient in MS Office Outlook
- Flexible availability for shifts from 8 AM to 8 PM CST, including some Saturday mornings
