Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Technician II to join our team at Signature Flight Support Corporation. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for assembling, testing, and programming high-tech proprietary POS devices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Device Assembly: Assemble and prepare customized computer components, ensuring high-quality standards are met.
  • Cable Assembly: Wire various cable assemblies with precision and accuracy.
  • Testing and Calibration: Test and/or calibrate parts and assemblies, both electrical and mechanical, to ensure optimal performance.
  • Service and Repair: Service, troubleshoot, and repair work on electro-mechanical assemblies and circuit boards, including new production builds and RMA returns diagnostic work.
  • Packaging and Shipping: Package and ship component assemblies and fully built POS terminal systems with care and attention to detail.
  • Inventory Management: Receive and properly check-in returned components, maintaining accurate inventory records.
  • General Maintenance: Perform general stock room maintenance, ensuring a clean and organized workspace.
  • Programming: Program PROM devices with precision and accuracy.
  • Operating System Installation: Load and configure Windows OS onto OEM self-serve products.
Requirements
  • Experience: Two+ years of production experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Education: High School Diploma.
