In this position, you will be accountable for developing annual budget strategies, preparing monthly and quarterly financial projections, formulating long-term financial plans, and generating monthly financial reports for the global organization.

You will deliver executive-level reporting and conduct specialized financial analyses as needed.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct intricate financial assessments
  • Produce revenue and expenditure forecasts
  • Evaluate actual expenditures against budgetary allocations
  • Maintain a headcount tracker to forecast salary-related expenses
  • Support the annual planning process
  • Collaborate with budget managers to address any inconsistencies

  • May offer guidance to junior team members; mentor, coach, and train others

What You'll Need

  • 3-5+ years of experience in financial analysis
