About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sustainability Advisor to join our team at ISS Corporate Solutions. As a key member of our sustainability team, you will play a critical role in helping our clients navigate the complexities of environmental, social, and governance (ESG) risk assessment and response.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with our team to develop and implement sustainable solutions for our clients, leveraging your expertise in ESG risk assessment and response.
  • Provide guidance and support to clients on ESG-related matters, including sustainability reporting, stakeholder engagement, and supply chain management.
  • Conduct research and analysis on emerging ESG trends and best practices, identifying opportunities for our clients to improve their sustainability performance.
  • Develop and deliver training programs and workshops on ESG-related topics, helping our clients build their capacity to address sustainability challenges.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, industry partners, and thought leaders in the ESG space.
Requirements
  • Relevant degree in a field such as business, finance, or environmental studies, with a strong focus on sustainability and ESG.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a sustainability-related role, with a proven track record of delivering results in ESG risk assessment and response.
  • Strong knowledge of ESG reporting frameworks and standards, including GRI, SASB, and TCFD.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
