We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sustainable Mobility Expert to join our team at ICF International Inc. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in conducting in-depth research, analysis, and strategic planning for projects aimed at reducing transportation-related emissions and promoting sustainable mobility solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct Research and Analysis: Perform qualitative and quantitative analyses on various sustainable mobility topics, including transportation programs, community engagement, and public relations.
  • Support Client Initiatives: Work with a team to support client initiatives and promote sustainable mobility options, identifying and meeting the needs of clients within established guidelines.
  • Present Research Findings: Present research and analysis findings internally to ICF colleagues and externally to clients, utilizing data, technological tools, and innovative techniques to promote participation in programs.
  • Prospect and Build Relationships: Prospect potential promotional opportunities and build relationships with new stakeholders, including employers, universities, colleges, municipalities, healthcare providers, and community-based organizations.
  • Meet Key Deliverables: Meet key deliverables through stakeholder engagement as needed, including preparing correct and on-time activity reports on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Provide Technical Assistance: Provide partners and clients with technical assistance to deploy sustainable mobility programs, utilizing expertise in transportation and environmental policy, particularly relating to emissions reduction, alternative fuels, and sustainable transportation planning.
Requirements
  • Education: A completed Bachelor's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Planning, Business, Marketing, Communications, or related subject by the start date.
  • Skills and Experience: Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable using digital technology, with a willingness to learn new software and digital applications. Experience with data analysis tools such as ArcGIS, Replica, or other mapping and spatial analysis software is preferred.
  • Communication and Project Management: Excellent communication skills, including experience in writing technical reports and delivering presentations. Strong project management skills and the ability to work on multiple projects under strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Transportation and Environmental Policy: Demonstrated interest or background in transportation and environmental issues, with knowledge of transportation and environmental policy, particularly relating to emissions reduction, alternative fuels, and sustainable transportation planning.
