We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at Prompt Recruiting. As a BCBA, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality ABA services to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
Key Responsibilities- Oversee a caseload of 6-8 individuals in a center-based setting, providing individualized support and guidance to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Manage and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), providing ongoing supervision and coaching to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver high-quality services.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans that are tailored to the unique needs of each individual.
- Provide parent coaching and collaborate with other disciplines, including Speech and Occupational Therapy, to ensure a comprehensive and coordinated approach to care.
- Utilize evidence-based practices, such as Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), to drive positive outcomes and improve the lives of individuals with ASD.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments.
- BCBA or BCBA-D certification
- New BCBAs encouraged to apply
- A competitive salary range of $85,000 - $95,000
