We are seeking a driven Sales Representative to join our team at Micro Tech Staffing Group in Acworth, GA. As a key player in our sales team, you will be responsible for nurturing relationships with customers, proactively prospecting new business opportunities, and meeting sales targets.

Your Role:

  • You will be the driving force behind our new business sales, leveraging your excellent communication skills to build meaningful relationships with customers.
  • As a skilled negotiator, you will address customer inquiries and complaints, presenting innovative solutions to boost company revenue.
  • You will meet and exceed sales targets within specified deadlines, crafting compelling sales materials and collaborating with Senior Management to devise impactful sales strategies.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's Degree holder with at least 2 years of sales experience, showcasing a proven track record in new business acquisition and service expansion.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a knack for building client rapport and negotiation expertise.
  • Adept in managing deadlines, attentive to details, and capable of thriving under pressure.
  • A spirited team player who is equally effective when working independently.
