This position plays a crucial role in the New Mexico Department of Game & Fish's Licensing Section, assisting with the coordination of vendor licensing, over-the-counter and draw license sales, and consignment tracking. Key Responsibilities- Coordinate vendor licensing, including consignment tracking and auditing of carcass tags
- Review and maintain license vendor accounts to ensure compliance with Department policies and procedures
- Assist with draw activities, draw license donation requests, mobility-impaired certification, and Disabled Veteran licenses
- Provide training on complex policies and procedures to vendors and other stakeholders
- Associates Degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or Accounting
- Two years of directly related job experience in office administration, budgeting, purchasing, finance, accounting, auditing, cash management, and/or contract management
- Experience with NM financial databases (SHARE) and Excel or other software is desirable
This position is performed in an office setting with extensive personal computer and phone usage. Some sitting, standing, bending, and reaching may be required. Must be able to lift 25 lbs.
Supplemental InformationThis position is not covered by a collective bargaining agreement.
