SFC Energy LLC is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to lead the charge in driving sales growth in the CCTV, Telecom, and Traffic markets. Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify key players, trends, and opportunities in the CCTV, Telecom, and Traffic sectors.
  • Analyze market dynamics and competitor activities to inform strategic business development initiatives.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to penetrate and expand our presence in the target markets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align product offerings with market needs and customer requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including decision-makers and influencers in target industries.
  • Identify customer pain points and present tailored solutions that highlight the advantages of DMFC and Hydrogen Fuel Cell technologies.
  • Drive the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall revenue growth of SFC Energy LLC.
  • Develop a deep understanding of DMFC and Hydrogen Fuel Cell technologies to effectively communicate their benefits to potential customers.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, technological advancements, and competitive offerings.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, engineering, and customer support, to ensure seamless execution of business development strategies.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on market trends, sales activities, and pipeline status.
  • Extensive travel within the United States to meet clients, attend industry events, and build a robust network within the target markets.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Proven experience in business development, with a focus on technology solutions in the CCTV, Telecom, or Traffic markets.
  • Strong understanding of clean energy and fuel cell technologies, especially DMFC and Hydrogen Fuel Cells.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated with a demonstrated ability to work independently in a home office environment.
  • Willingness to travel frequently.
