About the Role

As a Business Development Manager for Commercial Loans, you will work closely with various departments to gain a deep understanding of their operations and advise on lending opportunities. Your primary responsibility will be to solicit, negotiate, underwrite, and coordinate the closing of commercial loans in compliance with our bank's lending policies.

You will spend a significant amount of time visiting customers both in and out of the office, managing existing accounts, and developing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide financial advice and counsel to customers and prospective clients to service their account relationships.
  • Develop new business and cross-sell services by calling on potential and existing customers.
Requirements
  • Current experience in commercial lending within the local market.
  • A proven track record of achieving high production goals.
  • Ability to expand loans, client relationships, and cross-sell bank products.
  • Familiarity with loan processing and closing procedures.
  • Strong underwriting skills.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
