Job Overview

We are currently in search of a Facilities Maintenance Specialist who possesses a strong skill set for an apartment community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the maintenance and aesthetic appeal of the property grounds
  • Prepare apartments for new residents, including tasks such as painting and repairs
  • Manage and respond to work order requests
  • Handle on-call maintenance emergencies
  • Complete special projects as assigned by property management
  • Conduct snow removal when necessary
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to all residents

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must possess a valid driver's license
  • Access to a reliable vehicle

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Starting pay at $20 per hour
