Key Responsibilities

As a Front Desk Agent at Marriott Hotels & Resorts, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless guest experience. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Confirming reservations and assigning rooms
  • Issuing and activating room keys
  • Processing all payment types, including room charges, cash, checks, debit, and credit
  • Resolving any late check-outs and disputes
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills. You will also need to be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.
