Job Summary:
eTeam is seeking a skilled Desktop Support Specialist to join our team. As a Desktop Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients, troubleshooting and repairing desktop computers, laptops, and other devices, and ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Support: Provide technical support to clients, including troubleshooting and repairing desktop computers, laptops, and other devices.
- Desktop Support: Perform desk-side support activities, including installing new equipment, providing end-user support, and other related activities.
- Change Management: Respond to change management requests, including installing new PC equipment and providing end-user support.
- IMAC Activities: Perform Install/Move/Add or Change (IMAC) activities, including installing new equipment and moving or adding devices.
- Customer Service: Display outstanding technical and professional services skills at all times, meet established customer service satisfaction levels, and communicate with clients regarding arrival times, repair time estimates, and the status of the repair.
- Operational Excellence: Understand and follow all documented service operations policies and procedures, and perform all assigned tasks.
Requirements:
- Technical Skills: Strong technical skills, including knowledge of desktop computers, laptops, and other devices.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
