Job Summary

A highly motivated postdoctoral fellow is sought to join the research team at the University of Kansas Medical Center (KUMC). The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with Dr. Halinder Mangat, Associate Professor of Neurology in Neurocritical Care, and Director of Clinical Research, Brain Trauma Foundation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in a full-time regimen of advanced training and research
  • Train under the supervision of a faculty research mentor
  • Design and execute experiments, analyze data, and write grant applications and manuscripts
  • Supervise graduate students
Requirements
  • PhD or equivalent terminal degree
  • Strong English skills and ability to write and communicate with a scientific audience
  • Experience in clinical trial methodology or clinical epidemiology
