- Assist with keeping proper care records and reporting any changes to the nursing team.

Requirements:
- Personal or professional experience as a caregiver or caring for someone with Alzheimer's disease, dementia, or another debilitating illness is preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate with residents, families, and colleagues.
- Strong compassion, patience, and empathy for residents with memory impairments.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
