Position Summary:
As a Maintenance Technician at Peninsula Truck Lines, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability and safety of our fleet, which includes tractors, trailers, and off-road machinery. Your responsibilities will encompass diagnosing issues, performing maintenance, and executing repairs to uphold the highest safety standards for our drivers and the public.

Experienced technicians will also have the opportunity to mentor and train less experienced team members, fostering skill development within our workforce.

The work environment is dynamic and family-oriented, promoting teamwork and efficiency.



Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience as a diesel mechanic with on-highway equipment.
- Experience with Cummins and CAT engines is advantageous.
- Fundamental understanding of vehicle electrical systems.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle after-treatment systems.
- Familiarity with both air and hydraulic braking systems.
- T series ASE certifications are preferred.
- Must possess personal tools.
- Ability to work independently.
- Capability to obtain a CDL.
