Responsibilities for Bakers:
  • Prepare a variety of baked items including cakes, pastries, cookies, and specialty desserts following our established recipes.
  • Skillfully create pie crusts by hand.
  • Support fellow team members, particularly cake decorators, as required.
  • Engage with customers in our open kitchen environment.

Full-Time Work Schedule:
  • 5-day work week with a rotating day off; Sundays are closed.
  • Occasional 6-day work weeks during peak seasons and holidays.
  • Shifts on Monday and Saturday are required.
  • Early morning to mid-afternoon shifts (subject to availability); or,
  • Mid-morning to early evening shifts.
  • Shifts may extend up to ten (10) hours.
We seek candidates who:
  • Enjoy working with others.
  • Ideally have at least 1 year of baking experience within the last two years in a high-volume bakery, hotel, restaurant, catering service, or similar establishment.
  • Demonstrate expertise in baking cakes, pastries, cookies, and desserts with speed and precision.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, organized setting.
  • Value teamwork and customer service.
  • Are looking for long-term employment (one year or more).
  • Understand that hospitality staff work during peak times, especially on weekends and during the holiday season.
  • Appreciate a smoke-free, drug-free workplace.
  • Agree to a pre-employment background check (criminal and driving records will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis).
  • Can regularly lift up to 50 lbs.
