Job Overview

Compensation:

The hourly wage or salary for this role ranges from $20.00 to $26.00, influenced by factors such as your skills, qualifications, relevant certifications, previous experience, and market data. Additional compensation may include bonuses or commissions where applicable.

This reflects Aramark's good faith estimate of the compensation range for this position at the time of posting.

Upon hiring, the employee will be in an 'at-will position,' and Aramark reserves the right to adjust base salary and other compensation programs at any time for various reasons, including individual performance and market factors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain work schedules and prepare production records.
  • Direct daily operations and activities.
  • Ensure food production meets safety and quality standards as per company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain a safe, organized, and hazard-free environment for food storage.
  • Oversee serving schedules, ensuring all food items are served according to menu specifications.
  • Uphold sanitation standards in compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Conduct weekly inventory checks in line with departmental policies.
  • Prepare orders as necessary to ensure accurate production.
  • Manage an efficient and cost-effective food service program.
  • Supervise and assess team members, fostering their growth, efficiency, and teamwork.

Qualifications

  • Ability to read, write, and comprehend verbal instructions.
  • Completion of a sanitation course is required within the first year of employment.

  • Ability to resolve interpersonal conflicts effectively.
  • Strong organizational capabilities.
Minimum Education/Certification

  • High School Diploma or GED.

This position may involve physical demands such as lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended periods of walking and standing. Uniforms and/or Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) may be required.
