We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at IntelyCare. As a Nurse Care Specialist, you will provide expert nursing care in post-acute care facilities, working closely with residents and medical staff to develop care plans and ensure the highest level of patient satisfaction.
Responsibilities- Provide expert nursing care as an RN in post-acute care facilities
- Keep track of care options and track outcomes with other medical staff
- Work with residents and medical staff to develop care plans
- Properly set up and monitor medical equipment
- Ensure residents receive appropriate treatments and medications
- Draw bodily fluids for lab evaluation
- Review best care options with residents and family members
- Make sure staff remains compliant with facility policies and nursing standards
- Oversee the accurate documentation of resident histories and interventions
- Provide training and supervision of nurses and support staff
- Help staff with incident investigations
- Current Massachusetts state license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Successful completion of approved nursing program
- 1 year of experience (RN or related role)
- Advanced organizational skills
- Hourly pay range: $50-$61
- Choice of partnering facilities and shifts
- Weekly or daily pay
- Eligibility for health benefits (medical, dental, and vision)
