  • Meet occupancy goals and achieve individual lease signing and move-in targets.
  • Carry out billing, accounts payable, and payroll policies and procedures.
  • Ensure proper staffing levels to meet resident needs and adhere to budgetary guidelines.
  • Hire, train, and supervise staff to ensure effective recruitment, hiring, training, and ongoing development.
  • Ensure all staff adhere to workplace safety policies and procedures.
  • Authorize purchases of supplies, equipment, and furnishings for the upkeep of the building and grounds.
  • Perform regular tours of the physical plant to identify and schedule maintenance and housekeeping issues.
  • Ensure scheduled maintenance work is completed to standard and within budgetary guidelines.
Requirements:
  • Current Alabama Assisted Living Administrator License and current Nurse License.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including listening skills.
  • Familiarity with gerontology and an overall view of healthcare delivery, including State regulations.
  • Ability to plan and adapt to change.
  • Ability to lift 75 pounds unassisted and 125 pounds per person in a two-person lift.
  • Valid driver's license in the state of employment required.
  • We are a drug-free workplace and perform criminal background checks and substance abuse testing.
