Job Title: Construction Infrastructure Project Manager

About the Job:

We are seeking a skilled Construction Infrastructure Project Manager to lead the delivery of large-scale construction and redevelopment projects, including transportation facilities, corporate office buildings, and operations command centers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Engineering design and deployment of technology infrastructure, including building renovations, re-stacks, relocations, cabling, network, and network systems.
  • Oversee the integration of multiple technologies, such as Audio/Visual systems, Content Management Systems, Video Surveillance Systems, and Access Control Systems.
  • Demonstrate strong project management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation plans.

Requirements:

  • At least 10 years of experience in managing large-scale construction and redevelopment projects.
  • Professional demeanor and strong project management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of the PMBOK; PMP Certification is preferred.
  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.

Estimated Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per year
