About the Position:

  • Conduct psychosocial assessments and develop care plans to address patients' physical, emotional, and social needs.
  • Provide counseling and support services to patients and their families, addressing issues such as grief, loss, and trauma.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless coordination of care and effective communication.

Requirements:

  • Masters degree in social work or a related field from an accredited university.
  • Licenses from the state of Washington: SWAIC, SWAA, MFTA, MHCA, or AAC.
  • Minimum one year of experience in a healthcare setting.

Compensation: The estimated salary for this position is $53,000 - $85,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
