What We're Looking For
  • A highly skilled Senior Product Designer with 4+ years of experience designing elegant solutions to complex user problems.
  • Someone who can lead discovery & research, create design solutions, evaluate design concepts, and establish design standards.
  • A team player who can foster a design-first culture and collaborate closely with Product and Engineering.
Responsibilities
  • Develop a deep understanding of our users' experience in a highly technical domain to identify user needs.
  • Test ideas and refine designs based on direct user feedback and observed user behaviors.
  • Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering to break down ambiguous product problems and create design solutions that are delightful for users, feasible to build, and deliver on our business goals.
  • Evaluate design concepts and provide design critique to other design team members.
  • Maintain and evolve our design system, determining when to apply existing patterns vs. create new ones.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of design experience, ideally working on a complex B2B Product.
  • A portfolio that reflects your strengths in both user experience and aesthetic design, as well as in the implementation of user testing and research throughout the design process.
  • Proficiency in Figma and experience in prototyping and interaction design.
  • Ability to plan for the long term while navigating short-term tradeoffs.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
