Role Overview
This RN role is part of our Day Shift program, catering to nurses seeking a dynamic work environment that aligns with their career goals and lifestyle preferences. As an ER RN, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care while working closely with physicians and other healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
- You will manage the care of patients experiencing life-threatening problems, perform triage interventions, and work collaboratively with physicians to assist in exams, diagnostic testing, and treatments.
- Prepare, administer, and record prescribed medications, ensuring adherence to established protocols and standards of care.
Key Responsibilities
This ER RN role requires:
- Maintaining accurate records of patient symptomology and thorough histories.
- Developing and implementing individualized patient care plans in coordination with multidisciplinary teams.
- Providing emergency nursing care, including managing critical situations and performing interventions as necessary.
