We are a state-of-the-art 281-bed rehabilitation and skilled nursing facility, committed to providing exceptional care and services. Our team is passionate about creating a culture of compassion, respect, and excellence, and we are seeking a like-minded individual to join us as a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor.

Responsibilities:
  • Schedule and assign nursing staff to ensure the highest quality of care for residents
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain a safe and clean working environment
  • Monitor and manage resident care services, including documentation and reporting
  • Provide education and training to nursing staff to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to promote a cooperative relationship among health care teams
Requirements:
  • Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • Minimum 3 years Long-Term Care experience required
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and prescribing programs
  • Basic computer skills
