A DAY IN THE ROLE

In this intermediate-level role, you will utilize your skills and training to conduct maintenance and/or installation tasks on designated wind turbines with minimal oversight.

You will receive structured schedules and protocols, including safety guidelines and verbal/written instructions, while also having the opportunity to mentor entry-level technicians.

Your daily activities may involve working at heights exceeding 250 feet or in confined spaces to perform maintenance and repairs. Expect to work outdoors, sometimes in challenging weather conditions, while climbing, carrying tools and equipment, and moving components to complete your tasks.

Team collaboration is essential, and our commitment to professionalism, safety, and meticulous attention to detail is paramount to our clients. We also encourage suggestions to enhance the safety and quality of our operations.


ABOUT YOU

✓ You will possess a safety-oriented mindset.

✓ Your positive demeanor will enhance your ability to work collaboratively, while demonstrating motivation and initiative in your daily responsibilities.

✓ You can effectively identify solutions through a process of elimination.

✓ You will have at least one year of wind energy experience or a wind certification along with 2-3 years of experience in a heavy industrial environment.
