Tower Foreman

Mercury Broadband is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tower Foreman to join our team. As a key member of our Tower Team, you will be responsible for leading our crew in the construction and maintenance of telecommunications sites and tower construction required to upgrade wireless networks.

• Oversee the daily operations at assigned sites, ensuring compliance with safety and quality control requirements.
• Represent the company in a professional manner, maintaining a positive image and reputation.
• Implement and follow through with job instructions provided by leadership, ensuring timely completion of projects.
• Compile all site-specific closeout documentation for your work effort, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
• Responsible for assigned work orders, ensuring completion and closeout, and assisting in training Tower Technician I, II, and III.
• Survey and pass on any site recommendation for potential new site leads, utilizing your expertise to identify opportunities for growth.
• Troubleshoot complex issues, utilizing your knowledge of cabling procedures, Capstan Hoists, and rigging of Communication Towers.

• 3-4 years of tower climbing experience, with a strong background in telecommunications and wireless networks.
• Knowledge of and ability to operate basic hand and power tools, as well as proficiency with computers and basic computer networking skills.
• Self-motivated, with excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• First Aid/CPR certified, OSHA 10, and Competent Climber/Rescue Training are preferred.
