About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician III to join our team at Travel + Leisure Co. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our resort facilities, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and repair facility systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
  • Monitor and repair HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance.
  • Perform plumbing maintenance, including pipe repair, drain cleaning, and fixture replacement.
  • Replace electrical fixtures, including breakers, ballasts, and switches.
  • Perform preventative maintenance on all aspects of units, common areas, and grounds.

Requirements
  • Certified HVAC, plumbing, and electrical skills required.
  • Working knowledge of appliance repair.
