**Job Summary:**

We're seeking an Outfitter to join our team, someone who shares our passion for delivering outstanding customer service and helping individuals succeed in their fitness journeys.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proactive, and possess a positive attitude. They will be responsible for recommending gear and products to customers, providing personalized solutions, and building strong relationships with customers, vendors, and peers.

This role requires flexibility, as you'll need to work varying shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Prior experience in a customer-facing sales environment is preferred, but not required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recommend gear and products to customers
  • Provide personalized solutions to meet customer needs
  • Build strong relationships with customers, vendors, and peers
  • Work flexible hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Qualifications:

  • Available to work a flexible schedule
  • Experience in a customer-facing sales environment (preferred)

Compensation and Benefits:

  • $40,000 - $50,000 per year (based on location and experience)
  • 401(k) Retirement Plan with 4% employer matching and immediate vesting
