Job Summary:

As a Certified Nurse Assistant at Great River Health, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our elderly residents. We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Certified Nurse Assistant.

Responsibilities:

• Provide basic elder care under the direct supervision of a licensed nurse.
• Utilize an elder-centered approach based on principles to provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living.
• Provide each resident with routine daily nursing care and other desired services in accordance with their assessment, choices, and care plan under the supervision of a licensed nurse.

Requirements:

• Iowa Certified Nurse's Aide certification.
• Active status on the Direct Care Worker's Registry.
• Maintains valid certification.
• Prefer previous experience in the medical field.
