Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nurse Assistant/Universal Worker to join our team at Great River Health. As a key member of our care team, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care to our elderly residents under the supervision of a licensed nurse.

Responsibilities:

• Provide routine daily nursing care and assistance with activities of daily living to our residents.
• Utilize an elder-centered approach to provide personal care and support, ensuring the highest degree of quality of care is maintained at all times.
• Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs and preferences of each resident.

Requirements:

• Iowa Certified Nurse's Aide certification.
• Active status on the Direct Care Worker's Registry.
• Valid certification and previous experience in the medical field are preferred.
