Job Summary:
Great River Health is seeking a Certified Nurse Assistant/Universal Worker to provide high-quality care to our elderly residents. As a member of our care team, you will work under the supervision of a licensed nurse to provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living.

Responsibilities:
• Provide routine daily nursing care and other desired services to our residents
• Utilize an elder-centered approach to provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living
• Maintain accurate records of resident care and services provided
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure the highest degree of quality of care is maintained

Qualifications:
• Iowa Certified Nurse's Aide certification
• Active status on the Direct Care Worker's Registry
• Valid certification
• Prefer previous experience in the medical field
