About the Role:

  • You will work closely with our dental providers to ensure that patients receive timely and effective care.
  • You will utilize cloud-based scheduling software to manage and report on scheduling information.
  • You will communicate effectively with staff regarding updates or changes to their schedules.
  • You will inform managers and clients of any schedule or staffing changes.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; previous experience in a similar role preferred.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer programs.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
