About the Role:
The Inventory Control Specialist is a crucial member of our team, responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our inventory management processes. This role requires strong organizational and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receives and stores incoming merchandise, ensuring accurate counting and documentation.
- Monitors and tracks inventory levels, identifying discrepancies and implementing corrective actions.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to optimize inventory storage and retrieval processes.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; prior experience in inventory management preferred.
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills essential.
- Ability to lift 40 pounds and work in a warehouse environment.
Salary Estimate: $45,000 - $55,000 per year, based on location and experience.
