Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled Construction Quality Control Specialist to join our team at Collective Efforts Llc. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting construction inspections, manhole inspections, data collection, and surveying (GPS) tasks. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect construction progress and ensure compliance with project specifications
- Take precise measurements, photographs, and prepare calculation sheets using a tablet
- Enter confined-space areas, including manholes (training provided)
- Work flexible hours, including overtime as needed
- Perform other project-related duties as required

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent degree
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to interact effectively with supervisors, contractors, residents, and clients
- Good physical condition; ability to climb stairs, bend, and work in various environmental conditions
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to project sites
- NICET or similar certification preferred
- GIS experience a plus
- Ability to work outdoors and drive in all weather conditions
- Confined-Space Entry Training and Experience desired
