Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per year

Job Description:

As an ISP Network Infrastructure Manager at Essentia, you will oversee the design and build-out of our high-growth network infrastructure. You will be responsible for managing a team of engineers, creating design drawings and splice schematics in AutoCAD, researching and obtaining standards/codes required by clients and jurisdictions, and reviewing drawings for completeness, accuracy, and quality.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of FTTH experience.
  • At least 2 years of AutoCAD experience in the telecommunications industry, including aerial and underground fiber optic networks.
  • GIS material setup, some programming, extensive knowledge of ArcGIS.
  • Able to train on GIS and fiber counts/layout.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and complete assignments accurately and in a timely manner.
