LPN Opportunities in Long Term Care Facilities

We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in Loveland, CO. As an LPN with Interim HealthCare Staffing, you will have the flexibility to choose your assignments and work schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Care for patients with various illnesses, injuries, and diseases in facilities such as medical offices, assisted living facilities, hospitals, and schools.
  • Work collaboratively with a team of physicians, nurses, CNAs, and aides to deliver exceptional patient care.
  • Take patient vitals, conduct assessments, document progress, and report changes to providers.
  • Assist in carrying out physician's orders, patient care, and prescribed treatments.
  • Administer medication, operate medical equipment, and maintain a safe environment.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program and an active LPN license in Colorado.
  • CPR certification (demonstration course required).
  • At least 6 months of work experience as an LPN or CNA.
  • Valid TB screening.
  • COVID-19 vaccination card.
  • Proof of flu vaccination during flu season (October-March).
  • Knowledge of state and federal healthcare laws and regulations.
  • Demonstrated clinical proficiency, critical thinking skills, good communication skills, and compassion.
