Aveanna Healthcare - Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) Job Description

Aveanna Healthcare is seeking compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs/LVNs) to provide skilled nursing care to patients in the home setting. As a LPN/LVN with Aveanna, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide one-to-one patient care in a home environment
  • Execute physician-prescribed plans of care and document care provided in a timely manner
  • Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies
  • Patient assessments, coordination of care
  • Health promotion, teaching, and training of family members
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
  • Current, unrestricted state license as a Licensed Nurse in the state of practice
  • Current CPR certification
  • Demonstrated proficiency in clinical assessments, documentation, and compliance with nursing care and policies and procedures
