Job Title: Member Services Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Member Services Representative to join our team at Planet Fitness. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members, prospective members, and guests, ensuring an exceptional "Judgement Free" member experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service/Front Desk Activities: Greet members and guests, answer phones, check members in, tour and sign up new members, log amenities, and communicate updates and events to members and guests.
  • Club Cleanliness and Maintenance: Maintain a clean and orderly front desk area and lobby, perform regular facility cleaning and upkeep, and ensure the cleanliness of exercise equipment and tanning beds.
  • Qualifications & Requirements: Prior customer service experience, exceptional customer service skills, ability to interact in a positive and professional way with members and co-workers, and a high school diploma or equivalent.
