- Efficiently manage guest check-ins and checkouts with a friendly demeanor.
- Maintain accurate financial records, ensuring all transactions are balanced at the end of each shift.
- Communicate special requests and late checkouts to the housekeeping team.
- Receive and relay messages for guests promptly.
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and dining options.
- Process room charges and payments accurately, adhering to company cash handling policies.
- Keep the Front Desk area organized and hazard-free.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of hotel services, room types, rates, and loyalty programs.
- Exhibit professional telephone etiquette.
- Be familiar with emergency procedures and protocols.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
