Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming phone inquiries.
  • Provide service estimates and successfully close sales.
  • Input and manage all data within the point-of-sale system, demonstrating a willingness to specialize in our processes.
  • Coordinate and communicate all job schedules, callbacks, delays, and estimates with clients and service professionals.
  • Inform customers about service options, upsell opportunities, and follow up on all services rendered.
  • Make proactive service reminder calls to clients.

  • Assist with light marketing tasks such as email campaigns, automated calls, and updates as necessary.

  • Prior experience in a home service environment is advantageous.
