  • Fold and arrange towels and linens in a neat and attractive manner, adhering to established standards and protocols.
  • Remove and sort dirty linens and towels from laundry carts, ensuring efficient processing and distribution.
  • Keep laundry carts clean and free of debris, maintaining a safe and organized workspace.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to established standards and protocols.
  • Sort and load clean laundry according to type and destination, ensuring efficient distribution and storage.
  • Ensure overall guest satisfaction, responding promptly to guest requests and concerns.

Requirements

  • Flexible scheduling and ability to work long hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
  • Medium work, exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 20 pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods, maintaining a high level of energy and productivity.
  • Maintain regular attendance, adhering to Highgate's scheduling and attendance policies.
