Key Responsibilities:
As the Brand and Content Manager, your duties will include:

  • Planning, scripting, and managing diverse content.
  • Possessing a keen eye for design and technical skills to realize creative concepts.
  • Developing and executing comprehensive brand and content strategies.
  • Owning and maintaining the content calendar, collaborating with team members for regular updates.
  • Ensuring content production aligns with brand guidelines and regulatory standards.
  • Analyzing brand performance and content effectiveness, providing insightful reports.
  • Fostering a customer-centric approach in all initiatives.
  • Adhering to regulatory standards while promoting inclusive design thinking.

Typical Duties Include:
Management of brand assets, identity, and strategy, including:

  • Overseeing brand assets, tone of voice, messaging styles, and design guidelines to ensure compliance.
  • Coordinating brand photoshoots.
  • Creating various content formats, including infographics, podcasts, videos, and written materials for marketing channels.
  • Collaborating across departments to implement an effective content marketing strategy.
  • Producing engaging content that resonates with our audience and aligns with our brand voice.
  • Setting future strategies for brand image and identity based on customer insights.
  • Managing the briefing process for internal brand support or content requests.
  • Mentoring and developing a team comprising a Brand & Content Executive and Digital Graphic Designer.
  • Monitoring brand performance through key performance indicators (KPIs) in collaboration with the Research & Insights team.
  • Assisting in expanding brand partnerships and affiliations.

Qualifications:
To excel in this role, candidates should possess:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in brand management.
  • At least 3 years of experience in developing tone of voice and managing content calendars.
  • Proficiency in video production and editing techniques.
  • A comprehensive understanding of brand strategy development and execution.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple stakeholder needs.
