Salary Information

The estimated salary for this position ranges from $ 90,000 to $ 120,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition, eligible external candidates with less than 12 months of hospital acute care experience may be eligible for a $ 12,000 hiring bonus.

Job Description

As a medical care professional in our RN Resident program, you will apply your specialized training to deliver world-class health with human connection. Your role will involve delivering exceptional patient care and making a positive impact every day through your extraordinary skills and dedication.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program
  • Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification upon hire
  • 12 months or less of experience as a registered nurse
