Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Acute Care Registered Nurse to join our team at Kadlec Regional Medical Center. This full-time position offers a variable shift schedule and requires a strong commitment to delivering world-class healthcare with human connection.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care with a focus on safety, dignity, and compassion.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient information.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • Current Washington State Registered Nurse License.
  • National Provider BLS certification.
  • NIH Stroke Scale Certification within 90 days of hire.
  • At least one year of acute care nursing experience.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $54,113 - $108,427 per year, depending on experience.
