We are seeking a highly skilled Third-Party Risk Management Specialist to join our team at the Federal Reserve System. As a Fourth Party Program Lead, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive risk management program to identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks associated with third-party relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a standardized assessment methodology for fourth parties associated with critical and high-risk third parties.
- Conduct periodic risk assessments and ongoing monitoring of cyber, financial, reputational, and other risks that may pose organizational vulnerabilities.
- Support the successful execution of the fourth-party program through managing the process of identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks posed by material third parties.
- Drive third-party risk lifecycle activities to completion, including performing third-party TPRM policy and controls assessment, facilitating ongoing SME engagement, and closing identified findings.
- Support the development of communication and training procedures, reference guides, and other TPRM framework documentation to support TPRM fourth-party program evolution.
- Support and track reporting requirements, including key performance indicators (KPIs) and key risk indicators (KRIs).
- Support third-party risk-related bank resiliency efforts, including projects focusing on the development and ongoing maintenance/enhancement of fourth-party and other related projects.
- Experienced third-party risk management professional with strong collaborative skills.
- Background in information security risk and third-party risk assessments, preferred.
- Experience managing complex projects and processes.
- Proven ability to influence others regarding policies, practices, and procedures.
- Ability to focus on plans to achieve goals and objectives and carry out defined steps or processes.
- Competitive salary range: $185,000 per year.
