Position Overview

The primary objective of our business is to enhance health and improve life quality through innovative device solutions for Structural Heart disease management. We strive to lead our markets by ensuring our offerings provide superior benefit/risk profiles compared to existing care standards.

The Territory Manager for Structural Interventions is a field-based role responsible for achieving and surpassing sales targets within the designated territory. This position collaborates with the Regional Director to identify market opportunities and establish annual sales goals.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting sales calls to current and prospective clients to meet revenue growth objectives.
  • Formulating and executing sales strategies based on product, competition, and pricing analysis.
  • Creating actionable plans by analyzing sales data and addressing account-specific needs.
  • Identifying key healthcare professionals and understanding their clinical requirements.
  • Observing procedures in clinical settings to gain insights into physician and staff needs.
  • Establishing pricing structures that align with customer requirements while adhering to company policies.
  • Building relationships with hospital personnel to facilitate future sales opportunities.
  • Enhancing customer relationships through various support activities, including training and product launches.
  • Educating clients on product benefits and proper usage through presentations and demonstrations.
  • Maintaining clinical and technical knowledge through ongoing training.
  • Monitoring market trends and competitor strategies to inform business decisions.
  • Preparing reports for sales management by compiling relevant data and insights.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in the cardiovascular field, with at least 3 years in Structural Heart or Electrophysiology sales.
  • Compliance with vendor credentialing requirements, including potential COVID-19 vaccination.

Preferred:

  • Degree in Life Sciences or Marketing.
  • Strong sales acumen and clinical orientation, with experience in interventional cardiology and related fields.
