Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Resident Services Coordinator to join our team at KW Property Management & Consulting. This is a full-time non-exempt position responsible for providing exceptional customer service to residents and guests, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable living experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Front Desk Operations: Supervise and coordinate front desk activities, ensuring a 5-star level of service and efficiency.
  • Resident Relations: Foster positive relationships with residents, anticipating their needs and exceeding expectations with creative and gracious delivery of services.
  • Communication and Coordination: Assist management with resident communications, relationships, and coordination of maintenance, housekeeping, and office staff.
  • Package Delivery and Amenities: Manage package delivery operations, amenity rental event coordination, theatre and business room reservations, and greet residents and guests.
  • Administrative Support: Maintain assigned areas in a professional and presentable condition, update unit owner information in computer databases, and follow all check-in policies and procedures.
  • Emergency Response: Coordinate with management, chief engineer, and emergency services in response to emergencies, disasters, and other critical situations.
Requirements
  • Experience: Previous experience in a similar position and setting, such as a hotel, is required.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; a 2-year or above college degree preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills; strong English communication skills; and proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Language: Conversational ability or fluency in other languages, especially Spanish, is desirable and may be required at particular sites.
Working Conditions

This is a standing position, and the employee is required to sit, stand, reach, lift, bend, kneel, stoop, climb, push, and pull items weighing 30 pounds or less. The position requires manual dexterity, auditory and visual skills, and the ability to follow written and oral instructions and procedures.
